Santa Baby Twerkshop Series 2024

It's the holiday season and its time for IVC's annual Santa Baby Sensual Twerkshop! We missed one year (Char char was 8 months pregnant haha) but we are back again, ready for fun and connection! Lets shake off the holidays with your twerkalicious booty in a three part series of sacred ceremonial self love led by your girl Charlee Queen XO!

Through playful movement and laughter, we dive into a process that guides you to release old habits of thinking, step into a space of trust within your body, your intuition and your authentic expression. 

Each 90 minute session will begin with body alignment, strength and mobility training to prepare the body for dynamic movement. With body rolls, pelvic strengthening, spinal alignment, booty popping, shaking/shimmying, floor work, isolations and choreography, you will learn to question how you can navigate this Africanist movement in body-affirming ways outside of the standard Euro-centric…
